Getting Started
New clients receive a Free Consultation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss specific goals, exercise history, injury concerns and much more. Getting a good feel for how to motivate, communicate with and help you get to where you want to go. Each client starts with a Comprehensive Movement Assessment during which we find, discuss and begin to address any movement restrictions. This includes any minor injuries or strength deficiency that may hinder future progress.
